  • SP's recognition and merits as a heart health food/protein really got off the ground in 1999, when the FDA awarded SP a heart-health claim, stating that SP & soy products "may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by lowering blood chloresterol levels". It's heart-health benefits have also been officially recognized in Korea, Japan, the UK, South Africa & Brazil.

    Soy is a great source of protein, but most of the current research has focused on the role of soy in disease protection.

  • Experts believe that it has an ability to fend off dangerous chloresterol. It makes SP a highly potential solution for eradictaing type 2 diabetes, which is a condition often emerging from, or as a result of, risk factors including obesity and/or high chloresterol.


    SP ( isoflavones ) is a good choice for people, as it doesn't contain chloresterol or high levels of saturated fat, like many protein-rich animal foods.

Approximately 20 million infants have been fed soy-based infant formula for more than 30 years with no reports of adverse health conditions.


    Both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have concluded that soy-based infant formulas are a safe, acceptable way to support the normal growth and development of healthy infants.

  • Isoflavones are also referred to as phytoestrogens, because they have a chemical structure that is similar to (not exactly the same as) the female hormone estrogen.   • A new study shows that consumption of a wide variety of these soy products is associated with reducing the risk of developing the lung disease COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and other respiratory symptoms. The flavonoids in soy foods may act as an anti-inflammatory agent in the lung.

  • Soy isoflavones and soy isolates can lower diabetes and heart disease risk

    Consumption of soy protein via effective nutrition has been shown to lower cholesterol, decrease blood glucose levels, enhance diabetes management and improve glucose tolerance in people with diabetes

  • Study results published in the Journal of Nutrition showed people with diabetes who consumed 40 grams of Soy Protein & soy isolate per day for 57 days had significant reductions in both LDL (bad) cholesterol and the ratio of LDL to HDL (good) cholesterol, compared to people who consumed the same dose of milk protein. These are substantial soy benefits.
